Understanding the 1x deposit wagering requirement

What is the 1x deposit wagering requirement?

To maintain a secure platform and comply with standard industry regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x) before a withdrawal can be made.

How is my withdrawable balance calculated?

Your account automatically keeps a running total of your "Amount left to wager." Each time you make a completed deposit, that amount is added to your total. Each time you place a real-money bet, that amount is subtracted.

  • Maximum withdrawable: Your maximum withdrawable amount is your current balance minus the amount you still need to wager.
  • Timing: The exact figures at the moment you request your withdrawal are the ones that apply. Bets placed after requesting a withdrawal do not count toward clearing it.
  • Zero-floor: Your "Amount left to wager" never drops below zero. Extra wagering done after reaching zero does not carry over to future deposits.

What counts toward my wagering requirement?

Only real-money bets placed on our games reduce your remaining wagering requirement. The following actions and funds do not count toward your wagering turnover:

  • Wins, bonus money conversions, refunds, and transfers
  • Free rounds and bonus money bets
  • Account adjustments

Sportsbook wagering rules

If you are playing in the sportsbook, the following rules apply to clearing your 1x deposit requirement:

  • Settled bets only: Bets only count toward your wagering requirement once they are fully settled. Open, void, or rejected bets count as zero.
  • Cashed-out bets: If you use the cash-out feature, the amount applied to your wagering requirement is your original stake minus the cash-out amount.
  • Withdrawals with open bets: If you request a withdrawal while you still have open sportsbook bets, your withdrawal will be sent for a manual review and processed once those bets are settled.
